Wii Fit

Just spent about 45 minutes doing Wii fit.  I’m tired, not gonna lie, but it was fun.  I ran a quarter of mile, boxed, did yoga, and balance.  Pretty cool tool that Wii nintendo produced.  Made me realize I need to get back to the gym.  Thanks to Mark and Chanda for letting me play with their Wii Fit.

Pros:

It really does give you a decent workout.

It has a lot of variety.  (yoga, boxing, running, and lot more)

Cons:

It takes forever to get it set up and going.  I felt like i could have gone to the gym and been back before I really even got started on it.

It also was pretty easy to cheat.
