King of the Jungle

This is Dexter, (my sister’s youngest)  and at this point in the morning he is ruling the household.

Cool thoughts that Dexter gave me on leadership.

1.  Be Distinctive – If in charge, make it clear that you are.
2.  Be Connective – Make sure that your followers are attentive to you.
3.  Be Humble – ummm.  Dex ends up being a bit camera shy.  That’s why it’s a 6 second video.
