My Story
Born in Denison, TX Nov. 28, 1977. Made and Raised by Curtiss and Brenda Boone. So many times thought my life was way too crazy, only to realize so much later that I am soooooo blessed. Have an older fun sister, Chanda Boone, and much younger red headed brother, Russ Boone.
Greatest earthly prize is my holy hottie of a wife… the one the only and the absolute best… Summer Joy Boone. Everyday she makes my dreams seem so small because she is so much more than my mind could have ever inspired. She is God’s perfection for me and I love her.
Happen to be “doin work” along side my brothers and sisters of Christ at Church by the Glades. You have got to check this place out. It ain’t yo grandmammies Church.
My Greatest prize is the salvation I have in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. What a journey worth living. How blessed I am to serve Him. Jesus come quickly.
While I am not yet a member of CBG, my son and family are members. I have been a tither since 14 years of age. Upon opening my envelope, I had $10 in my hand. While praying Monday who to bless with the $10, I got a prayer request from a couple in Tennesse who have commited their lives to serve the Lord. They ask for prayer that God would provide the finances to make their mortgage payment and pay their utilities in a new home that I have visited. They have some properties that have been on the market, but haven’t sold. The Lord laid it on my heart to give not only the $10, but to increase it 10 fold, which I did and immediately wrote a check and put it in the mail to them and since the Lord laid them on my heart and the 10 fold,I am compelled to return 10 fold to CBG along with my tithe for this month.
PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW.
I was very happy to have $5 in my envelope. I have MS and Diabetes and need a lot of extra help. The one aide who means so much to me is like an angel from heaven. she is working two jobs to make ends meet and had asked us for prayer, that she would be able to meet her obligations. When she came tonight to assist me with my shower, I gave her the envelope. She was very grateful and almost speechless. She is a sweet believer from Jamiaca and would do anything for me that I ask. I thank the Lord that I am able to help her a little in Jesus Name. Since 1971 MS had kept me on the edge of life, but God has never let us down in the 39 years of ministry. He has allowed us to minister all over the US and 6 years ago my husband had to retire from the ministry to care for me. We now live in a retirement community in Pompano Beach, where I can get my health care and be able to be near my children, grand children and great grand children. CBG is a great blessing to both of us. But my God shall supply all your need, according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Phil:4:19 Notice he says our need (singular) If we have Jesus, He is all we need. Thank You Pastor for allowing us to be a blessing to someone else, You are a blessing to us.
Matt Boooooooooone.
You are the MAN.
