Prince Caspian’s wisdom

Seeing Prince Caspian was literally like reading the Chronicles of Narnia for the first time. The imagery, the quotes, the characters are so amazing. I love the way Lewis could take these huge, complex spiritual questions and help you find answers to them as you read his children’s books. Amazing!!!

One of my very favorite quotes from the movie was when Lucy sees Aslan for the first time again, she comments that he is so much bigger. He replies, “I am not (bigger). But every year you grow, you will find me bigger.”

How true is it that as we grow in our relationship with Christ our view of God grows and grows.

Prince Caspian

I know it sounds so nerdy that I can’t wait for the new Chronicles of Narnia series to be released, but I can’t wait. Growing up, I read this series of books over and over. I loved the Lion, the witch, and the wardrobe. I was a little nervous when Walden Media released that movie, but they did such an amazing job. It is phenomenal, how they brought my childhood dreams into movie form. Anyways, looking forward to Prince Caspian… let me know what you think of C.S. Lewis’ Chronicles of Narnia, and also comment on what you think about Prince Caspian when you see it on May 16th.
